The Stuff You Need To Know

Orders

All orders must be faxed, eMailed, or placed online (must be logged in) . We will not accept orders over the telephone without a ‘hard copy’ of your order. You may download a copy of our order form HERE. Please be SURE of what you are ordering. Any items ordered in error are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The pictures in our catalog are NOT TO SCALE and are merely provided as a reference. Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of ALL orders. Special orders may take longer depending on the time of the year and what is involved. If you need faster delivery for a one or two piece order for a customer, please contact us to make special arrangements.  If your business is located in California, we must have a resale card on file for your company before we can ship to you.

 

Payment Policy

If you would like to have a Open Account with Net 30 terms, please fill out our credit application and fax it to 310-286-1432. If you are a 1st time customer, and do not want to have your shipment held pending our credit process, we encourage you to pay by credit card or to accept COD on your first shipment.  If a customer goes beyond terms, the account is automatically placed on credit hold, and no further shipments (including repairs) can be made until the account is current.

 

Returns for Repairs

Repairs - No More RA'S!!
We at Zina Sterling Silver stand behind all merchandise that we manufacture 100%.
We will no longer issue Return Authorizations for Repairs. If you are a Zina account in good standing and have a defective piece of jewelry or are in need of a general repair, simply send it to us in a BOX and just include a note stating what needs to be done. Be sure to include the name of your company and all contact information. If you are an inactive Zina account (no orders for a period of two years or more) there is a minimum $25 charge for all repairs plus shipping. Any non current accounts must pay by credit card or prepay for repairs - no exceptions.

NO PADDED ENVELOPES - all padded envelopes are automatically refused!

If you need to match a half pair of earrings or send back a chain to add or shorten length, it is strongly advised that you contact us first to make sure that we still have stock in the item you need. All merchandise sent back to Zina that cannot be matched etc. is done at your own expense, so please contact us before you send back your merchandise. You can contact Customer Service at extension 513.

 

Returns for Credit


We at Zina Sterling Silver understand the need to stock balance merchandise from time to time. We will accept merchandise returns for credit at our discretion provided that...

1. The merchandise is in new and unworn condition.
2. That a new order is placed for at least three times the amount being returned for credit.
3. The merchandise has been in your inventory for a period of no less than 12 months.

Please use our Return Request Form when faxing us your RA request or you may request an RA via email. We will not issue your Return Authorization (RA#) and/or accept merchandise for credit until your new order has been shipped. When you received your new order, you will find your RA in the box, along with instructions on how to send the merchandise back - All discontined merchandise will be credited less 15%.

Any items that do not meet the above criteria for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee pending authorization.  All RA requests must be made when your new order is placed, not after.
